It's one of the best built house I've seen in the Philippines or even in the US with quality workmanship (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, & Architectural). I said this because I did residential, commercial, high-rise, Airport, malls plan review and construction inspection as Associate Engineer and finally a Senior Engineer in City of San Jose, California. I hope you can build my house in the Philippines in the future, you really did quality construction.

I hope you will have a training center to teach your building process. I like the ACC blocks and concrete floors.

It's especially hard when you give your heart to a daughter that you have no future legal claim to. Remember to be a good example to Bella even through this separation and divorce. This is an absolutely beautiful home. Its sensibly thought out. My only qualm would be that its 2 stories. Altho i'd love the privacy a 2nd story brings, that fact itself being a retiree with an arthritic knee would be a dealbreaker for me. The 1st house you guys built was breathtaking & for me your best so far. I lov3d the huge windows, the porch space, & car port/storage room. And again you thought of everything regarding the typhoons & inclimate weather, flooding etc..the the structures ability to handle it. I wouldve liked a pool at the 1st house as well tho. I love the space for the above ground planters as well as the miniature fruit trees. Its obvious that you are super excellwnt aat what you do. Ive watched a lot of content creators & imo none of them do as good as you do for the money. My question is do you build homes on any of the other islands or is your work confined to one island?

Finally able to see the complete build. Good decision to build 2 and a half bathroom rather than 1 and a half. Can't wait to watch the part 2 of the build. By the way, I'm watching from neighbouring country Malaysia.🙂
